Is there something you want (or maybe don't want ) to be, do, or have in your life but it just isn't happening? 

Hmmm.  I sense a gremlin out there. Hear him? or maybe her? ..'Who do you think you are? ..  what makes what you think anyone cares about what you have to say...you aren't ready.... you can't do that..." and so on.

Don't worry you aren't alone. These guys show up ever time you step out on the limb, decide to try something different or new ... or challenge the status quo in any way.

But, in this workshop, not only is it possible to shut these guys up,  laugh at them, or send them for a beer while you do what you need to do....it is also empowering ---past participants even told me it was fun!
